Scott Pickford

Scott Pickford

Principal

Having spent my career in the industrial automation industry, I have become knowledgeable of a variety of processes and technologies. I have watched the industry evolve from simply delivering automated control systems, to solving complex business problems through what we now call digital transformation. Over the years my personal purpose has changed from designing and commissioning automated solutions to helping clients envision their digital future, and jointly plan the necessary steps to achieve their operational and business goals. When not working and spending time with my Wife and twin daughters, you’ll find me on a run, swim, or out on my bike pursuing my passion for competitive triathlon and multisports.

Adam Ekstrand

Engineering Supervisor I

One of the things I enjoy most about working at EA, is collaborating with such intelligent and creative people to build systems that really improve the capabilities and reliability of our clients’ control systems. The process of thinking through and visualizing how all of the different pieces of a system are going to come together and then seeing all of those pieces come to life during development and all come together to form a fully functional system during commissioning is what keeps me excited to come to work every day.
