Scott Pickford
Principal
I am one of two principals at Enterprise Automation with a 50% stake in the ownership of the company. At EA we place an extraordinary emphasis on training, mentoring, and living up to our core values. It isn’t always easy, however being surrounded by such great talent and being so proud of the work EA produces makes all the risk and hard work worth it. When not working and spending time with my Wife and twin daughters, you’ll find me on a run, swim, or out on my bike pursuing my passion for competitive triathlon and multisports.

After working as a project engineer for two years, I transitioned to the business development team full time, where I now write the majority of our business proposals and assist with special projects.
I grew up in Orange County and have loved every minute of it. When not working I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my wife, Cathrine, daughter Emilia, and our energetic dog, Harper. Between the work-life balance, drive to be the best, and dedication to do things right the first time, EA has been the perfect fit for me.

Chuck Clark

I absolutely love the industrial automation industry. I have worked in various technical and sales positions over the past 27 years with several automation manufacturers such as Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, Prosoft Technology and Molex. My experience also includes 12 years working in the Air Traffic Control field while serving in the United States Marine Corp as an ATC Radar technician and electronics instructor.
I’m a transplant from the Midwest having moved to Orange County in 1997. When not working, I enjoy traveling with my wife. I’ve been to 46 states, 4 Canadian provinces and 23 countries.

I have been working in the Water/ Wastewater industry for 3 years as a Process Engineer prior to EA. After joining EA, I was surprised to find such a high level of collaboration, attention to detail and accountability in day to day work. This was something that I had not experienced from any company and truly set the bar for how a company should operate. I truly enjoy being a part of the EA team and the great work culture that comes along with it.
Prior to becoming an engineer I was an Action Sports Coach at Woodward. I enjoy spending my free time snowboarding, rock climbing and on motorsports.
