Activity fund
Our team members have diverse interests to explore and existing passions to share that extend far beyond engineering. Every month, we support these adventures and experiments with our $1000+ activity fund. Employees have free rein to organize activities, and the whole office is invited. In past years, activities have included kintsugi pottery repair, go-kart racing, a “sandwich philosophy” discussion, and a guided beer tasting.

Whether through EA-sponsored events or pickup games, employees enjoy plenty of opportunities to move and get active! They regularly participate in activities such as:

Company events
EA hosts various events throughout the year to give back to employees and acknowledge their hard work. Our intention is to create memorable and rewarding experiences for employees. Some of these events have included company races, family picnics, and employee appreciation dinners.
When there is a local athletic event with interest among employees, we sponsor participation for individuals or teams. Whether participants are intense competitors or newcomers trying their first Spartan Race for fun, the preparation and outcomes are recalled fondly throughout the year.
The annual Family Picnic is a summertime event for employees, families, and friends. The food and games are fun for adults and kid-friendly, creating a laid-back opportunity to become more familiar with coworkers and their loved ones.
Every year we look forward to the Employee Appreciation Dinner, which is one of the ways we thank our employees for their hard work and dedication. We put a lot of care into finding the perfect restaurant, serving up a three-course meal, and giving gifts to honor our employees and their plus-ones during this special night out.
