EA’s a great place to work. The culture is collaborative, the people are accountable, and the management is proactive. What took me by surprise the most was its level of authenticity, where the company’s core values act as more than just wall art. Instead, they are actual principles that drive our work ethic on a day-to-day basis. As an employee here, I am solving engineering problems, leading projects from both an execution and technical perspective, and acting as a supervisor to other engineers. Yet throughout all these distinct tasks I’m focused on advancing our culture and upholding our values, not only because it leads to better outcomes for all our clients, but because it also makes our lives better as employees.
