Janet will lay the foundation for the administration department, including new processes and procedures for administration, payroll, benefits, recruitment, facility expansion, among many more critical activities.
Janet is a dynamic professional with unique blend of technical and interpersonal talents. She has a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Her early background included HVAC control systems, electric motor controls, field technician training, and project engineering. She transitioned into leadership roles including human resources management, salesforce management, and financial planning.
