Washington State, Control System for V CORE’s Latest Landfill Gas Renewable Energy System

Enterprise Automation will be developing the control system for V CORE’s new Landfill Gas (LFG) System located in Graham, Washington. The LFG system’s three stage process separates unwanted moisture and hydrogen sulfite so the LFG can safely and cleanly power gas engine generators.

The scope of work includes: remote I/O panel design, network architecture design, server rack design, control strategy development, OEM equipment integration, PLC programming, HMI programming, witnessed FAT, and startup.

Technologies include: Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Flex I/O, HART protocol for I/O, Ethernet/IP, Vijeo Citect v7.3, VMware for virtualization, Microsoft Domain for SCADA, Microsoft RDP, Wyse thin clients, Dell PowerConnect managed switches, VLAN networking, ModbusTCP, SonicWall next generation firewall, and cellular modem.
