Scott Pickford and Josh Riley completed the purchase of substantially all of the of Enterprise Automation, Inc., assets from Dave Panish on November 20th, 2006. The new company will be doing business as Enterprise Automation. The ownership transition was smooth, as all members of the talented engineering team are continuing with the new business, and address or contact details changed. Both Scott Pickford and Josh Riley will continue to be heavily involved with project work. The team wishes Dave Panish much success with his next venture in the solar energy field. Dave Panish founded the company in 1997 and over the past 9 years has grown the company into a highly respected and competent control systems integrator.
