Chaparral Motorsports has engaged Enterprise Automation to upgrade the conveyor control system at their San Bernardino facility. The system is based on Phoenix Contact’s Think and Do PC-based control software, DeviceNet I/O, and serial based scanners. The upgrade will include replacement of the PCs, upgrade of Think and Do, and replacement of the old scanners and serial network with SICK scanners and Digi serial to Ethernet servers.
