EA and Tetra Tech

In 2021, Enterprise Automation was acquired by Tetra Tech, a prominent provider of consulting and engineering services. The following year, EA opened a regional office in Peoria, Arizona. As we grow to serve a larger client base, we are excited about solving more challenging problems and raising the bar for the industry.

Digital Systems Group (DSX)

In 2025, we became a leading member of Tetra Tech’s Digital Systems Group (DSX), which connects clients with their assets through integrated control and digital systems. This unit addresses water, infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing challenges, helping clients modernize operations and enhance asset visibility. Through our DSX partners TIGA, Convergence Controls, and SAGE Group, our clients can benefit from this network of highly-vetted digital transformation groups across the globe and further bridge the gap between operations and enterprise systems. These multidisciplinary teams offer a full spectrum of services, from electrical and instrumentation and control (I&C) design to enterprise SCADA, cybersecurity, and cloud integration.

Why clients choose us

EA was founded by a group of engineers who identified the need for a systems integrator that took a methodical approach to documentation, organization, and testing. Facilities should be left not only with functioning systems, but also with the tools for continuous improvement and internal knowledge sharing.

Initially focused on systems integration, EA soon discovered that clients had broader infrastructure needs that could benefit from our structured approach. Consequently, EA evolved into a full-service consultancy, taking responsibility for automation infrastructure, including SCADA and PLC panels, analytics, and IT/OT integration. We value the long-term relationships we nurture with our clients and our role in supporting their digital transformation.

What makes us different

At the heart of our service is the belief that things should be done right the first time. This is seen not only in our project methodology, but also in our internal conventions. We cultivate a practice of peer review, proactively look out for improvement opportunities, and aren’t afraid to initiate the difficult conversations before observations become threats. We invest in our staff for the same reason. Every engineer starts their tenure at EA by participating in our training program Enterprise Automation University, where they upskill, both technically and culturally, into our ways of working.

Our promise is “nothing leaves Enterprise Untested,” and we will never settle for anything less than excellent.
