Welcome Ashley, Jon, Majid, Marshall, and Matt!
EA is thrilled to continue our growth trajectory with the addition of several new team members in 2020.
So far this year we’ve added two experienced Project Engineers, one Project Manager, a dedicated Inside Sales Associate, and a new Office Manager. All five stood out during our in-depth multi-phase interview process, through which hundreds of candidates passed during the latest recruitment cycle.
With an ever expanding list of clients and constantly evolving suite of products to master, we could not be more fortunate to have such talented individuals choose Enterprise Automation.
Ashley Serns, Office Manager
Ashley comes to EA as a highly regarded office manager with a BS in Business Management. Her hire is fantastic addition to our administrative team as EA forecasts continued growth through the next several years. Ashley’s attention to detail and outgoing personality are a perfect fit for EA.
Jon Chen, Controls Engineer II
Jon came to EA after spending three years as a Process Engineer working in the water and wastewater industry. Jon has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University where he graduated Cum Laude. He enjoys action sports including snowboarding, rock climbing, and motorsports in his free time. His attention to detail and willingness to step up to a challenge perfectly complement our team.
Majid Ehtesham, Controls engineer III
Majid somes to EA with a broad range of experience, most recently working for a thermal oxidizer OEM. He has a B.S. in Electrical, Electroncis, & Communications Engineering from Azad University and a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cal State Fresno. Majid’s drive for standardization and depth of knowledge brings an experienced viewpoint to our team.
Marshall McElroy, Inside Sales Associate
Marshall joins EA specifically to develop proposals and help our sales team close new business. He comes to EA from South Carolina with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a wealth of industrial process experience at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and Rockland Industries, where he was the Quality Control Manager. Marshall’s easy going personality and drive for excellence are a perfect fit for EA.
Matt Avila, Project Manager
Matt, along with his wife and infant son relocated from Michigan to join the EA team. He has a B.S. in Military Strategic Studies & General Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Matt’s outgoing personality and drive for continual improvement have brought an immediate boost to our project management team.
