If you like applying technology, building systems, big picture thinking, collaborating, and seeing your work benefit society – Enterprise Automation is the company for you. Finding a career path that best fits you can be challenging. We have a comprehensive interview process to learn who you are and how you like to work. In turn this allows you to get to know us. You will build confidence in making the right decision to start your career. Our strategy is to hire for cultural match and teach the technical skills of the industry, no experience is necessary.

What do we do at Enterprise Automation?

Industrial automation engineers are the neurosurgeons of industrial processes/facilities. They bring processes to life through technology and control. Controlling industrial processes requires control panels, networking, control programs, user interfaces, and data historians. We are a water and wastewater specialist, many of our systems run processes that provide safe water to large communities. Our projects also include medical, chemical, and manufacturing applications. Working on mission-critical industrial processes like this requires problem-solving, disciplined engineering methods, and control technology expertise. How does an engineer prepare for this?

Industry Leading Training – EA University

We provide five paid weeks of training from experienced staff via our EA University program. Our experienced engineers teach PLC programming, graphic interface development, electrical design, testing, and startup – everything you need to build an industrial control system. We ensure each team member has the knowledge and confidence to succeed from their first project on.

“Nothing leaves Enterprise untested,” that’s our motto. This summarizes our culture and people who consistently deliver top of the line solutions and world-class startups. If you want to build control systems and constantly be challenged to grow, come to meet our engineers at your school’s career fair.
