Enterprise Automation is excited to announce that we have officially passed our audit and are now officially CSIA Certified!
CSIA certification is a coveted status that confirms, to both Enterprise Automation and our clients, that we create exceptional and valuable solutions; and that our business and management skills equal or exceed industry best practices.
The audit process encompasses a broad range of disciplines that stretch far beyond the obvious subjects of Engineering and Project Management processes. They include: General Management, Succession Planning, Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Financial Management, and supporting activities such as Disaster Recovery Planning, IT infrastructure, Backup Systems, Configuration Management, Service and Support, and dozens of other operational topics.
Without doubt, every individual in the company contributed to this achievement as we were able to leverage policies, systems, processes, procedures and documentation established over the years that, more importantly, are genuinely embraced by our outstanding staff. As an organization, the certification process has energized us, and our commitment to self-improvement has been further strengthened. We certainly look forward to the mandatory re-certification in three years.
