Breaker Control System Improvements for San Diego Machinery OEM
Enterprise Automation has been hired to upgrade several components of a control system that actuates breakers in load banks used to test turbomachinery/generator packages. The project involves replacing PLC5 components with ControlLogix hardware, converting breaker control logic to RSLogix5000, providing a new remote I/O panel, and implementing Modbus communication via Prosoft modules.
